1. Product Notice
Every piece is 3D printed and meticulously finished by hand with resin. Due to the nature of the material and 0.1mm layer-stacking process, subtle layer lines, tiny air bubbles, or micro-dots are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
2. Production & Dispatch
Orders are fulfilled sequentially. Please allow 3–5 business days for precision crafting and final inspection. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Once fulfillment has begun, order cancellations or option changes are no longer available.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our objects, returns or exchanges are not accepted for items showing signs of wear or damage caused by customer negligence.
— In the event of a defective item or incorrect delivery, all return shipping costs are covered by FAC. (Must be claimed within 5 days of receipt.)
— For international returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for actual return shipping costs.
— All returns must be pre-approved by our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
